Where are we? 

We are located in sunny Perth, Western Australia.

All prices displayed are in Australian dollars (AUD). 

 

What’s the status of my order? 

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track it and see the status of your delivery.

My package is lost! 

Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please email sales@theartlesscollective.com right away.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Shipping

We're a small team so please allow 48 hours for shipping details to be sent. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive it within 3-8 business days of its shipping date within Australia.

International order shipping times may vary.

 

Returns

What is your online return policy?                                                                  

We want you to love your Artless piece as much as we do! 
If you wish to make a return, please visit our returns centre located at the bottom of our website and follow the directions. 

Please ensure all garments are returned in their original and unworn condition with all tags attached. The garments must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.

Returns must be made within:

  • 7 business days of delivery for domestic customers and;
  • 14 business days of delivery for international customers. 


If you believe you have received a faulty item please send imagery of the item, order number and contact details to sales@theartlesscollective. We will assess the situation and work out the best solution. If at any stage Artless Collective assess the return as unsuccessful the item will be returned to the customer.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
