We want you to love your Artless piece as much as we do!

If you wish to make a return please email us at and we will issue you with a returns form and authorisation number that must be included in your return package.

Please ensure all garments are returned in their original and unworn condition with all tags attached. The garments must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.

Returns must be made within:

  • 7 days of delivery;
  • 14 days of delivery for international customers

If you believe you have received a faulty item please send a photo of the item, order number and contact details to and we will assess the situation and work out the best solution. 

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
